Event Starts In:
ADRL Dragstock VII takes place on Sept. 9-10 at Rockingham Dragway in Rockingham, N.C. It is the seventh of nine national events this calendar year for the American Drag Racing League (ADRL), but the eighth points-paying event toward the 2011 World Championship.
Series includes six all-professional, eighth-mile drag racing classes: Summit Racing Equipment Top Sportsman (TS), Extreme Pro Stock (XPS), Pro Extreme Motorcycle (PXM), Extreme 10.5 (XTF), Pro Nitrous (PN) and Pro Extreme (PX), the quickest and fastest full-bodied, doorslammer class in the world.
Pro Junior Dragsters also compete at each ADRL event, along with exhibition runs by a Police Interceptor jet car and the legendary Summit Motorsports “Bigfoot” monster truck.

- Event parking (includes competitors, manufacturers and vendors) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Tech inspection and registration for all classes from 10:00 AM to 8PM

FRIDAY ( Sept. 9 )

- Spectator gates open at 10:00 AM

– 10 miles north of Hamlet and Rockingham
– 75 miles south of Raleigh
– 80 miles east of Charlotte
– From Rockingham, take U.S. Highway 1 to Highway 177
Directions to Rockingham Dragway From Greensboro
Fans and racers traveling south on 220 from Greensboro will now enjoy a new bypass around Ellerbe. Rather than turning left, or east, in Ellerbe, Take exit 11, Millstone Road, off of the new bypass and follow signs to “Speedway.”
