ADRL has embarked upon the most aggressive, results oriented diversity program ever executed in the motor sports world.  The goal of the ADRL Diversity and Inclusion in Motor Sports (D.I.M.S.) Program is to provide Opportunity through Exposure to hundreds of thousands of kids throughout the minority community, and all children in general, who are otherwise underprivileged and/or uneducated to the motor sports industry.

Motor Sports is the number one spectator sport in the country, employing hundreds of thousands of technicians, mechanics, service personnel and business professionals.  It is truly a great American pastime that is shared and enjoyed by friends, multi-generational families and individuals from all walks of life in all parts of the country.

The ADRL D.I.M.S. Program will help to deliver these incredible opportunities to people who would otherwise not be able to participate in the thrills, excitement and possibilities that are available in the Fastest Industry on Earth!

The ADRL D.I.M.S. Program will feature 5 main component initiatives:

1. Three Million Dollar ($3,000,000.00) Ticket Giveaway -
This year, the ADRL will give away over 10,000 tickets to minority groups for each of our 9 races for a total value of over $3,000,000.00!!! To accomplish this - the ADRL will work with local and regional community groups, schools, festivals, civic and community leaders, local media, and businesses.

2. “Family Day at the Races” - In each race region, the ADRL will provide churches and non-profit organizations with free blocks of tickets and special “Family Day at the Races” fun packs that will help educate and organize families that are new to racing about the rules, the drivers and some history on the sport -plus- helpful tips on how to get the most out of their day at the races.

3. The ADRL Minority Scholarship Program - The ADRL is working with the United Negro College Fund to create a scholarship fund for minority students interested in attending college with the intention of pursuing a career in motor sports.  The ADRL will provide donation locations and literature, on-site at each event and encourage sponsors and trade and technical colleges to participate with matching contributions.

4. The ADRL Music Outreach Program – The ADRL has commissioned several pieces of original music from different genres, including Hip-hop, Country and Gospel, that will be made available for download from our website and will be distributed throughout the communities.

5. The ADRL Caring Child Program - The ADRL will work with local children’s hospitals and our official charity, Starlight Starbright, to provide complimentary tickets, handicap facilities and special amenities including driver visits, ride-along and other exciting adventures for disabled children and their care-givers.
