Karl Chevrolet Enjoying 2012 Role As Official Car And Truck Dealer Of ADRL

In its first year as an American Drag Racing League (ADRL) sponsor, Karl Chevrolet has enjoyed its role as the Official Car and Truck Dealer of the ADRL in 2012.

Located in Ankeny, Iowa, Karl Chevrolet is regarded as one of the premier Chevrolet dealerships in the nation. It also has forged a strong relationship with the world’s premier eighth-mile drag racing league, showcasing its products and standout customer service on the fan midway at several events during the 2012 ADRL Tour.

“The ADRL events and midway activity have been exceptional. We’ve been able to interact with fans from across the country and it’s helped us relay to them what makes Karl Chevrolet unique,” Karl Chevrolet Marketing Director Scot Johnson said.

“One of our biggest strengths is our commitment to outstanding customer service, and we want to be the customer’s dealer for life. That’s something we’ve enjoyed developing with ADRL teams and fans in 2012.”

Drag racing has been a longtime passion for Karl Chevrolet Owner Carl Moyer, which helped foster a relationship with the ADRL.

With more than 2,000 new and pre-owned available to customers, Karl Chevrolet has always attracted customers well outside its Ankeny, Iowa headquarters. It has been a premier dealership for more than 30 years and has been placed as a top-5 GM new car dealer, and the number one Chevrolet Certified dealer in the United States for six straight years.

In addition to an unmatched selection of vehicles, Karl Chevrolet has garnered significant interest at ADRL events thanks to its impressive display trailer that included GM Performance Products and the unique and eye-catching Karl Kustom Corvettes.

These state-of-the-art vehicles combine the look of the famous mid-year Corvette, with the safety, performance and technology of the C6 platform.

“We have received tremendous feedback on the Karl Kustom Corvettes from the huge number of race fans we’ve spoken to from all across the country,” Johnson said.

“We’ve introduced a number of new additions to the Kustom Corvette line and showcasing these unbelievable cars at the ADRL events have been a great platform to bring these cars to light.”

The ADRL has also utilized a Chevrolet 1-ton crew cab dually from Karl Chevrolet, which has served as the ADRL Safety Truck for the 2012 Tour.

“We have been thrilled to work with Karl Chevrolet in 2012 and to have them as the Official Car and Truck Dealer of the ADRL,” ADRL President Tim McAmis said.

“It’s given our drivers and teams a great chance to purchase a new vehicle from a standout company, and we hope they continue to take advantage of this opportunity for the rest of the 2012 season.”
