Musi, Hester Featured Today On Syndicated “Anderson” Talk Show

American Drag Racing League Summit Racing Equipment Top Sportsman racer Lizzy Musi and cameraman Grinner Hester will be featured on Friday in a segment on the nationally-syndicated “Anderson” talk show.

Hosted by Emmy-nominated Anderson Cooper, the popular talk show will focus a “Caught On Tape” segment on Musi’s wild ride during the ADRL’s Spring Drags at Bristol Dragway in April, and the remarkable footage and sequence that Hester caught on tape.

Both Musi and Hester appeared in-studio for the segment, describing what took place during that particular run, the tremendous amount of attention it has received and the incredible fan support both have received since it happened.

It is the latest major news outlet to feature the ADRL, Musi, who made her Summit Racing Equipment Top Sportsman debut last month, and Hester.

The story and video of the crash was featured in a live segment on FOX News, on the front page of Yahoo!, as well as the Auto Racing blog on Yahoo! The video clip of the crash was also featured on the SPEED Channel’s “WOW Factor.”

Clips of the crash have also aired on CNN, MSNBC and a number of morning shows, including “America’s Newsroom” on FOX News Channel, “Good Morning America,” the “Today” show and more.

Other news outlets that reported on the crash include the USA Today, FOX Sports, the Knoxville News-Sentinel, a number of Bristol-area newspaper, television and radio stations, and a variety of other media outlets around the world.

Musi and Hester are also scheduled to appear on a number of national news and television programs in the near future.

The video clip of Musi’s run during the third round of qualifying in Bristol has been viewed nearly 1,000,000 times on YouTube alone. Musi’s ’68 Camaro got loose during the run, turned sideways and crashed into the left wall.

After air got underneath the car, it slid down the wall before it toppled over and stopped in the grass at about the quarter-mile mark on the track. Hester and Tyrant Productions was able to capture the entire run on film
