Justin Kirk of the Kirk Racing Extreme Pro Stock team is organizing a golf tournament on April 19, 2012, which is the day before the ADRL Spring Drags II at Bristol Dragway.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Bert Jackson family.
Your agent also wanted to pass on that interested parties can register at the Kirk Racing trailer in Houston at next week’s CarSafe’s Dragpalooza VIII at Royal Purple Raceway for the outing. After talking to the Kirks, they really want this to be something fun and to rasie money for his family.
“This golf outing is for all ADRL teams, members, staff, or anyone wanting to show their support for the family of Bert Jackson,” said Kirk. “Bert is missed by us all, but we can celebrate Bert’s life by bringing out all of his friends together just like Bert would like it. All the money earned will be going to Bert’s family.
The golf tournament will be a 4-man Team Scramble (best ball) hosted by the Tri-Cities Golf Club, which is located on 2354 Feathers Chapel Road in Blountville, TN. The cost will be $32.50 per player.
Commemorative shirts will be available, and orders can be placed when making reservations.
